$23.95 – $31.17 hr

The Cushman Hydroelectric Project is accepting applications for Hydroelectric Utility Worker positions. This is semi-skilled labor involving a variety of tasks related to maintenance, repair and operation of hydroelectric plant facilities, recreational facilities, and fish hatcheries. The positions will be located near Hoodsport, WA. Requires completion of an electrical or industrial program from community or vocational college and 6 months’ work experience in construction trades; OR 2 yrs experience in construction trades.

Description:  The Eugene Water & Electric Board is seeking an Environmental Specialist I to help administer environmental compliance and enhancement programs, hydro license measures, and utility-wide permitting. The successful candidate will assist with tasks related to permitting; waste reduction; and hazardous waste compliance, sampling, monitoring, reporting, and spill response. The Specialist will also work with senior staff to conduct environmental and license compliance audits in an effort to monitor and mitigate compliance risks at EWEB facilities. Communications & Controls Engineer - Copper Valley Electric Association - Valdez, Alaska

Chief Dam Safety Engineer - Puget Sound Energy

The Chief Dam Safety Engineer will be responsible for managing the Dam Safety Program in compliance with FERC mandates and a focus on public safety.  They will supervise and manage the performance of a team of two to three Engineers and Program Managers as well as provide oversight over the preparation of the Emergency Action Plans (EAP), Supporting Technical Information (STI), Dam Surveillance Monitoring Plan and Report (DSSMP/DSSMR), etc.  They will lead engineering project development, and manage inspections, projects, studies, independent consultants and contractors.
