Responsible fro implementing Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) license terms and conditions regarding environmental compliance along with other corresponding requirements from regulatory agencies.  Directs and executes hydroelectric license environmental compliance efforts with specific attention to the Adaptive Management program.  Lead environmental reviews for new hydroelectric construction projects.

The successful candidate will assume the lead role for emergency planning as required by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for PacifiCorp Energy's hydroelectric power plants and serve as the lead on security matters related to the company's hydropower facilities.

Snohomish County PUD

Position will manage the planning, design, permitting, licensing & construction of large  scale hydroelectric and other generation projects.  The individual hired will provide strategic direction in the assessment of potential generation resources including hydroelectric and other generating technologies that require major construction and project management.
