Exhibitor and Sponsorship opportunities explained
NWHA listened to our supply chain partners and heard the following challenges when marketing during the pandemic. We heard ,"It is tough to reach new audiences in a meaningful way due to remote offices", "Most events have been just presentations and not interactions.", and "Events are not offering connections between sponsors and attendees other than a website link."
NWHA got to work to help solve these challenges for partners at our annual conference, Hydro Camp. We have found a virtual platform called Hopin which provides solutions to each of the challenges that our members are facing. NWHA invested significantly in a platform that helps supply chain partners to engage in a meaningful way.
We felt it was better to show our members what we are working on based on some great questions we have received from our partners! Please take 10 minutes to look at this video from Hopin which shows you the exhibitor experience. If you only have two minutes, skip to 7:51 to see more about exhibitor booths.
New in 2021, we have added a few exhibitor options, more tickets for our sponsors, we have richer analytics to provide to exhibitors following the event than we could ever provide in an in-person event, we have a camper kit that exhibitors and sponsors can place a branded item in so partners can get marketing materials into remote offices which no other conference has offered. We are also adding logos to a cool camp shirt so you get longer presence out of your marketing efforts. We have chosen a platform that allows you to open your own video sessions to have networking opportunities using video, your own personal video chats in your booth, and actually see your clients. You can also scroll through attendees and make new connections allowing you to reach new people.
On the attendee-side we dropped the ticket prices to attract more attendees and from what we are hearing from other associations, they are seeing an uptick in attendance. It is our sincere hope you get a larger audience this coming year. We also are taking a novel approach to make the experience fun and lighthearted to attract our members to come together.
Please know NWHA cares about each of our members who is navigating this time challenging time and we hope these solutions help you navigate this chapter. We look forward to having you with us in February!
