Alternative Delivery contract models - Which One is Right for You? 

​This panel will explore the different contract models from the perspectives of the owner, the engineering firm and the construction contractor. The panelists will discuss the benefits and risks associated with each model and how best to manage them.

Who Should Attend: Asset Managers, Contract Managers, Engineers, Planners, Senior Managers, Attorneys, Consultants.

Why You Should Attend: With increasing demands for delivery and execution of projects many organizations are looking at different contracting models to speed up the process while looking for efficiencies and cost savings where possible. Different models each have their own benefits and risks - knowing which model to use in which circumstances can greatly enhance your ability to be successful.

About Jack: 
Jack Grauman is a Professional Engineer, Vice President and Alternative Delivery Director for HDR. Jack has worked on multiple alternative delivery projects within the power market, in both prime and subcontract roles. Further, Jack has worked on alternative delivery projects as an engineer, project manager, contract manager and project principal.

About Jeff: I have worked for more than 34 years with Kiewit on a large variety of heavy-civil construction projects across the country under a variety of contract/procurement models. I am currently focused on large projects with alternative delivery contract models.
