Brenna Vaughn

Brenna Vaughn is the Executive Director of the Northwest Hydroelectric Association (NWHA), where she leads the organization’s advocacy, communications, and member services across six states and Western Canada. A fourth-generation hydropower professional, Brenna brings deep industry roots and more than a decade of leadership experience to her role. Since joining NWHA in 2018, she has strengthened the association’s role as a regional voice for hydropower, championing policy reform, member engagement, and clean energy education. Her approach blends strategic leadership with a collaborative spirit to advance hydropower’s role in a resilient, carbon-free energy future.
