Bryant Charlo

For more than a decade, Bryant has worked on a wide variety of fish facility projects, from conception and planning through final engineering design and construction. He has experience in hatchery facility planning, water supply and treatment, recirculating aquaculture systems, hydraulic structures, rearing vessel design, and biological programming. As Schnabel’s Hatchery Practice Leader, Bryant is responsible for developing and coordinating our fish facility design staff and services, and for ensuring the delivery of high-quality aquaculture projects. He has led and worked as part of a team on a wide variety of hatchery projects, from conception and planning through final engineering design and construction, including many ground-up hatchery renovations. Bryant also has experience with the hydraulic design of pump stations, surface water intakes, pressurized pipelines, and outlet structures ranging from 1,000 gpm to well over over 100 cfs
