Professional Bio
Catherine Willard is a Senior Fisheries Biologist with 12 years of service at Chelan County Public Utility District (PUD). She earned a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology from Colorado State University and a Master of Science in Fisheries from the University of Idaho. Catherine has more than 30 years of professional experience in fisheries, including work with state Fish and Wildlife agencies in Colorado, North Carolina, and Idaho, as well as with the U.S. Forest Service in Idaho, Wyoming, and Washington. She represents Chelan County PUD on the Rocky Reach and Rock Island Habitat Conservation Plan Hatchery, Tributary, and Coordinating Committees and oversees the hatchery monitoring and evaluation program, which collects data on salmon and steelhead in the Wenatchee River drainage and the lower Chelan River.
