Professional Bio
Ed works out of TEA’s Seattle-area office and is TEA’s designated representative for its participation in the Western Power Pool’s Western Resource Adequacy Program (WRAP). He also currently serves as the Chair of WRAP’s Participant Committee, one of the program’s primary decision-making bodies.
Ed holds a Master of Economics degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Whitman College.
