I manage 7 powerhouses and 27 units on the Clackamas and Willamette Rivers. Our infrastructure is as dynamic as the river that flows through it ranging from 2 to 114 years old. Our focus is safe and compliant operation while facilitating recovery of 3 ESA listed species of anadromous fish. My unique background as a fisheries biologist has provided insights into balancing power production and fish passage/compliance objectives. We are successfully navigating this challenge by adaptively managing our maintenance on generation assets and fish passage infrastructure with a dedicated team.
