Joe Rector

Joe is a Fisheries Biologist in Idaho Power Company's White Sturgeon program. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the Company's annual wild sturgeon embryo collection and recruitment monitoring efforts in the Snake River, as well as managing acoustic telemetry projects, translocation efforts, and data analysis. He earned a B.A. in Biology from Hanover College and an M.S. in Zoology from Southern Illinois University. Prior to joining Idaho Power, Joe held numerous seasonal fisheries positions throughout the Midwest.
