Kamal Gautam

Kamal Gautam is the Director of Engineering (Hydro) at rPlus Energies, where he leads engineering and feasibility studies for the company’s pumped-storage portfolio, including the White Pine, Seminoe, and Oquirrh projects. He brings 25 years of international experience in hydropower and water-resources engineering, including feasibility studies, design, engineering, and construction management, gained through a wide range of assignments with engineering and consulting firms prior to joining rPlus Energies in 2020. Kamal is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E) in multiple states, a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering.
