Kim McMahon

Kim offers consultation services for outdoor recreation planning and research to public and private entities, specifically to hydropower producers in the northwest US. Since the early 2000s, Kim has worked primarily on the Missouri, Madison, and Lower Clark Fork Rivers in Montana, along with the Mystic Lake Project on West Rosebud Creek (also in Montana), the Spokane River in Idaho and Washington (Lake Coeur d’Alene to Lake Spokane), as well as other waterways in Washington, Oregon, and northern California. Visitor research and monitoring, site and amenity assessment programs, recreation planning, and implementation of FERC-licensed plans and programs are specific areas of interest and expertise.
