Kyle Murphy

Attorney with CASCADIA LAW GROUP PLLC (Seattle, Washington). Kyle advises municipal governments, private companies, and nonprofits in several areas of environmental law, including climate, energy and environmental policies, permitting, water resources, treaty rights, and the Endangered Species Act. Kyle advises several municipal utility hydropower operators on FERC relicensing and FERC License compliance, Endangered Species Act compliance, National Historic Preservation Act requirements, and related matters. Kyle is also a leader in clean energy permitting reform and has contributed to several changes in Washington State.
Prior to joining Cascadia, Kyle worked as a consultant and strategist for Clean and Prosperous America and as the Executive Director of Carbon Washington.
