Professional Bio
Kylie has been with Grant PUD since 2022, overseeing the recreation monitoring program and park operations & maintenance for the Priest Rapids Hydropower Project in Central Washington. She enjoys supporting FERC license implementation while helping to ensure safe public access to the Columbia River.
