Matt Nobles

Matthew Nobles is a Fish and Aquatic Biologist with Snohomish County Public Utility District, where he supports fisheries monitoring, flow monitoring, and temperature studies to inform both day-to-day operations and long-term management decisions at multiple hydropower projects. A graduate of SUNY Potsdam with a B.S. in Biology, he has more than a decade of professional experience in fisheries, including work with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and in environmental consulting across the Pacific Northwest, Alaska, the Northeast, and the Mid-Atlantic. His work has focused on hydropower related studies and telemetry investigations involving anadromous salmonids, resident trout species, sturgeon, and eels.
