Maura Brueger

Maura Brueger has more than thirty years of experience in government relations and external and community affairs in the United States and internationally. In her current position as the Director of Government and Legislative Affairs at Seattle City Light, she serves on the General Manager's Executive Team, and she directs federal, state and regional government relations as well as city council relations for the 10th largest public electric utility in the United States. Maura is co-chair of the National Hydropower Association's Legislative Affairs Committee and was elected to the NHA Board of Directors for 2026.
