Professional Bio
Since 2013, Michael has been the lead outdoor recreation planner for City Light, implementing the recreation management plans for the Skagit and Boundary licenses, and serving as the recreation resource lead for the Skagit Project relicensing. He is also the Historic Properties Management Plan coordinator for the Boundary Project.
