Paul Lennemann

Prior to my current role as Tacoma Power's Chief Dam Safety Engineer, I served as Avista's Chief Dam Safety Engineer and Principal Civil Engineer. My career has been developed around the roles of an infrastructure owner, managing large portfolios through inspections, maintenance, and construction. My early experience was with Spokane County leading a team of Engineers, Inspectors, Lab Technicians, and Surveyors to manage the maintenance and construction of roads, bridges, sanitary sewers, railroads, stormwater facilities, and industrial buildings.
