Steve Bellcoff

Steve Bellcoff serves as the WRAP Technical Lead for Bonneville Power Administration's (BPA) Power Services group. With more than 3 decades of experience at BPA, two of those in BPA’s Long-Term Loads and Resource Planning group, he brings a wide understanding, knowledge, and expertise in resource planning on both the energy and capacity fronts. For the past 6 years Steve has been focused on the Western Resource Adequacy Program (WRAP), and all things capacity for Power Services at BPA. He has contributed significantly to the development and implementation of the WRAP program for the region and has been instrumental in preparing BPA for binding program participation.
