Professional Bio
Amanda Neves, born and raised in Indianapolis, began her career in education, where she developed a strong foundation in student development and program coordination. Her early work provided a deep understanding of how to engage diverse audiences and build meaningful, impactful programming. In 2023, Amanda joined the Hydropower Foundation, where she led student-focused programs and events, blending her background in education with a growing passion for event strategy and stakeholder engagement. She now brings that experience to the Northwest Hydroelectric Association, where she'll oversee event programming. Amanda is excited to support NWHA’s mission to unite hydropower leaders through knowledge sharing and collaborative networking by creating purposeful, engaging experiences that foster connection, learning, and growth across the industry.
