Peter Graf is the Manager of System Operations and Coordination at Chelan PUD, where he supports the reliable operation and strategic planning of the utility’s hydropower system. With more than 20 years of experience across natural resources, commercial operations, energy planning, and system operations, he brings a broad, interdisciplinary perspective to hydropower management. Peter’s work focuses on optimizing system performance, strengthening operational reliability, and aligning long‑term planning with day‑to‑day grid needs.
