The day begins with information sessions where you’ll learn about the future of hydropower, career pathways, and the skills industry leaders are looking for. At lunch, you’ll sit down with hydropower professionals for meaningful conversations and networking. The afternoon features a career fair, giving you the chance to meet employers, explore opportunities, and take the next step in your career journey.

Scholarship opportunity: Students who attend the full day will be eligible for a scholarship giveaway.

Can’t commit to the whole event? No problem! Choose from three ticket options:

• Morning Only (8:30 AM – 12:00 PM): Join engaging learning sessions led by industry experts and enjoy a networking lunch. Perfect if you want to gain insights, build knowledge, and connect with peers before heading out.

• Full Day (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM): Experience everything — learning sessions, lunch, and the career fair! Full-day attendees also receive exclusive eligibility for the WaterPOWER Workforce Scholarship.

• Career Fair (2:00 PM - 4:00 PM): Meet employers from across the hydropower industry, explore internships and entry-level opportunities, and make connections that can launch your career. Perfect if you’re short on time but want to find out who’s hiring.
